To create a wonderful yoga experience for you and others, please follow these guidelines:
Arrive a few minutes before class begins. For your own benefit, and for the respect to others, we suggest that if you arrive 10 minutes after class begins, you attend the next class. Remember that late arrivals are disruptive, and you also avoid your essential warm up.
Please turn off cell phones, Nextels, and any other electronic device that may produce distractive sounds.
Remove your shoes after entering the studio. The lobby area provides enough room for shoes, keys, water bottles, etc.
In order to receive the full benefits of your yoga practice we suggest that you don’t attend consecutive classes. It is not good for your body and mind to switch from relaxation to asana practice, and so on.
Please be mindful of the limited parking spaces, and make room for the upcoming students.
TIPS:
Practice yoga with an empty stomach.
Try to avoid drinking water during class, as it will cool down the inner heat you produced. But, always remember that yoga is about understanding your body; therefore, if your body asks you for water, drink a little bit.
Tell your instructor about any injuries or health conditions before class, so that he/she can suggest variations to make your practice safer and more enjoyable.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND SUGGESTIONS:
