Soft therapeutic class. Integrates props and blankets to modify yoga poses.
Very relaxing.


Hatha:

Energizing practice with a relaxing end. Suitable for all levels.


Diverse:

The instructor will adapt the class depending on the students.
May integrate Vinyasa and Pranayama. Semi-fast class. Suitable for all levels.


Iron Yoga:

Yoga with weights. Suitable for all levels. Can be practiced with
or without the weights.


Meditative Stretch:

Stretch and meditate for a good night sleep.


Basics Vinyasa:

Vigorous practice with emphasis on technique. Preparation for Vinyasa. Immersion into deep Pranayama techniques. Some experience required.


Vinyasa:

Sequence of postures in a faster pace. Flow 2/3 levels.
Recommended for students with experience in Asana and Pranayama.
